I’m Mrs. Venhaus and I am the district librarian and 6th grade teacher. I received my bachelor's degree in education from McKendree University and my master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and my reading endorsement from Olivet Nazarene University. I’ve been teaching at Lebanon CUSD #9 since 2009. I especially love teaching Social Studies, although I also enjoy teaching Math, Spelling, Grammar, and Writing. I have always loved kids and teaching has been my dream since I was a child. My goal is to always create a safe, fun learning environment for students and get them prepared for 7th grade. Thank you for visiting my site!
